Shipping

We currently deliver within Singapore. We are working on offering international deliveries in the future.

Estimated delivery is usually within 3 to 5 business days after the order is processed.

We're happy to offer free shipping for orders $50 and above. Standard delivery fee of $8 will be charged for orders below $50 after discounts are applied.

We will send tracking information via email once orders are dispatched. You can also visit your account to view the delivery status.

We are so sorry if you encountered this issue. There may be some delay caused by logistics partner shipping issues, or any other unforseen circumstances beyond Nutratify's control. If your order hasn't arrive in 3 to 4 business days after estimated delivery date, please email us at hello@nutratify.com with your order number so we can look into the issue and make things right.

Orders

Our warehouse is closed on Weekends and Public Holidays. Your orders will be processed and shipped the following working day.

Once order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes as it goes direct to our logistics partner for fulfilment and dispatch. Please carefully review your orders and shipping details before checking out.

Within 24 hrs upon receipt of the parcel, please email us at hello@nutratify.com detailing the order reference number, a description of the issue with supporting photos so we can do our investigation and rectify the issue immediately.

Returns

Returns or exchanges are allowed within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Please contact us at hello@nutratify.com for instructions. Please note that products are to be returned in original condition, unopened and unused. Taxes and delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible to pay for the return shipping fee. You may visit our Refunds and Returns Policy Page for full details.



Unfortunately, certain types of items are not eligible for returns. Gift cards, sale, clearance, and promotional items (e.g. free gifts with purchase, buy one get one free items) cannot be returned.

Original shipping fees, duties and taxes paid by the customer at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Products

We work with reputable third party laboratories to perform complete analytical, chemical and microbiological testing to ensure that each product is compliant with FDA and SG HSA safety and quality standards for Vitamins and Supplements. Each batch of ingredients and finished products undergo rigorous rounds of testing throughout the entire supply chain. We test for heavy metals, microbes, and other contaminants, as well as nutrient analysis, label accuracy composition, and ingredient safety levels to ensure product purity, safety, and efficacy.

Nutratify products conform to FDA product safety and quality standards and are not harmful to health. It is safe to be consumed on a daily basis at the recommended doses. Always read the product labels and check if you have any ingredient sensitivities or allergies.

It is best to consult your doctor if you are taking any medication or if you have health conditions. If you develop concerning symptoms after taking the supplement, stop taking it and see your doctor.

Health supplements are generally not intended for medicinal purposes and do not require approval by regulatory agencies like US FDA and SG HSA. However, at Nutratify, we are obsessed about consistent quality and safety because we are consumers of our own products.

We ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Each Nutratify product has passed the strictest quality and safety control standards, from careful raw material selection, to production at GMP-certified facilities, and product testing compliance at third-party laboratories. You can be assured that our product has undergone extreme scrutiny at every stage.

Each person is different and requires a unique dietary and supplemental approach. Individual results can vary because everyone has different bodily absorption response. It is usually dependent on a person's age, gender, existing health issues, medical condition, lifestyle and habits.

Correcting nutrient deficiencies can take a few weeks to several months depending on each person. Generally, around 3 to 4 months of consistent daily supplementation will help the body achieve optimal results.

Nutrients in supplements can help increase life quality and build the body's immune system on the long term but it is not a stand-alone fix.

We believe in the basic guidelines that good health starts with a balanced healthy diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep, positive mind, and a cheerful heart!
