Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within Singapore for orders $50 and above.

Shipping on any orders under $50 will cost a flat fee of $8. 

Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day from when the order was placed, with the possible exception of shipments during special promotions, public holidays, or other seasonal fluctuations.

Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays. Hence, orders will be processed and shipped the following business day. 

Please note once order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes as it goes direct to our courier partner for fulfilment and dispatch.

Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number.

After the order has been processed and shipped, it is estimated that delivery will take 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your address.   

There may be instances when our courier partner may arrange delivery on weekends depending on their scheduling terms.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Items

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.

It is required that you provide us with the complete name of the recipient, contact number, and accurate delivery address information to ensure that your orders won't get lost in transit and for timely delivery. We will not be liable for the failure of delivery of your order as a result of incomplete or inaccurate delivery information provided to us. 

If you choose to use any of our courier partners’ personalised services (including but not limited to having your parcel delivered to a neighbour home, a self-collect locker, or left in a safe place as per your instructions), we shall not be held liable for any items which are lost, damaged or delayed.

Delays are occasionally inevitable and in such circumstances we shall not be held responsible and liable for any delays in shipping caused by unforeseen factors beyond our control, such as but not limited to: courier delivery scheduling issues, extremely bad weather, transportation disruption, customs clearance delays, or unprecedented volume of orders during sale, peak season, holidays, or other busy periods.

If you have not received your order and it has been 3 to 4 business days after estimated delivery date, please email us at hello@nutratify.com with your order number so we can look into the issue.

If your package arrived with damages or you have missing orders, please inform us at hello@nutratify.com so we can investigate on the issue.
