Refund policy
We are so confident in our supplements and we are committed to give you the highest quality possible. However, if are unhappy with your purchase, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same original packaging and condition that you received it with original receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that customers will be responsible to pay for the return shipment cost. Any taxes or delivery charges paid at the time of purchase will be non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@nutratify.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Damages and issues
Please report to us immediately within 24 hours upon receipt of the item if there is any defect or damage, or if you received the wrong item so that we can investigate on the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale or clearance items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
